Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Trinity AI University. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Effective date: 14 March 2026

1. About Us

Trinity AI University is operated by Trinity Bridge Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), a company registered in Australia. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to Trinity Bridge Pty Ltd.

Our platform provides AI reskilling education, skills assessments, counselling services, and related digital content accessible at trinity-university.app.trinitybps.com and associated domains.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, taking an assessment, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@trinityuniversity.edu if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for extended periods.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Trinity AI University offers the following paid subscription tiers: Self-Guided, Guided, and Professional. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing basis.

Billing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate notice before auto-renewal.

Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Free tier. The free assessment and associated features are provided at no cost and do not require a payment method.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@trinityuniversity.edu for a full refund. Refunds are not available for renewals or partial billing periods beyond this window.

Class sessions. Cancellations for individual class sessions must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to qualify for a refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

6. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access paid content through your account
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content or materials without prior written permission
  • Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other users or staff
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measures on the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice for violation of these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, assessments, materials, trademarks, and platform code are the intellectual property of Trinity Bridge Pty Ltd or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own professional development. No ownership rights are transferred.

8. Counselling Services

Counselling sessions provided through Trinity AI University are educational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute professional coaching, psychological therapy, or career advice regulated by any professional body. Counsellors are contractors engaged by Trinity Bridge Pty Ltd and are not employees.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will result in any particular employment or career outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Trinity Bridge Pty Ltd’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
